How long does shipping usually take?

What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for items that arrive damaged. Please take a photo of the damaged product and its packaging and contact our support team immediately to initiate a free replacement.

Can I use Borosil products on an open flame?
Only specific 'Vision Glass' and flame-proof ranges are designed for direct flame use. Please check the product description or packaging symbols before using any glassware on a gas stove.
